What is Oman IoT & AI Challenge?
Oman IoT&AI Challenge is a country wide capacity building and pre- incubation program for Senior University Students and Startups that have innovative ideas in the areas of Internet of Things(IoT) & Artificial Intelligence(AI) and related fields.
The challenge is a competition towards digital transformation movement. It allows the participants to showcase their innovative projects/startup ideas in the field of AI and IOT with their peers nation-wide. The projects/startups showcased will be assessed by experts to identify the BEST idea/startup. The winner of this competition will be the first entry of Oman to the Regional Finals within the IEEE Global Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things in UAE.
Goal
To stimulate and help build the ecosystem supporting a Omani innovation-based economy through strategizing, facilitating, and promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and the creation of intellectual property in The Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and their applications.
